We are seeking an experienced Director of Demand Generation to lead global pipeline growth for ARIS. This role is responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, accelerate lead acquisition, and convert demand into revenue. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to build scalable campaigns that engage enterprise decision-makers in digital transformation, BPM, and AI.

Essential Functions:

  • Own the demand generation strategy for ARIS globally, aligning to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, ABM, events, content syndication, webinars, paid media, SEO/SEM) to generate qualified leads.
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic enterprise accounts in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Build a robust marketing funnel, ensuring visibility of performance at every stage and optimizing for conversion.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling content, messaging, and thought leadership tailored to C-level buyers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales and Marketing Operations to refine lead scoring, nurture flows, and marketing automation programs (Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team.
  • Own budget allocation, vendor management, and ROI measurement for demand generation investments.
  • Report regularly on KPIs including pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and marketing/SDR-sourced revenue.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth in complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing across digital, ABM, paid media, and events.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys in technology markets (CIO, COO, Transformation leaders).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, interpret, and act on campaign performance.
  • Inspirational leader with experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global, matrixed organizations.
