We're looking for a commercially sharp development finance lead to join a high-profile public-private joint venture, focused on delivering multi-phase, city-shaping regeneration projects across several major sites in the UK. This is a senior role operating at the intersection of strategy, finance, planning, and delivery. You'll act as the key financial partner overseeing complex modelling, performance tracking, and governance for a multi-billion-pound development pipeline. Your goal: to ensure long-term value is created, risks are well managed, and partner performance aligns with agreed outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Reviewing and challenging detailed development appraisals and financial models

Stress-testing assumptions and providing high-quality analysis for investment decisions

Partnering with internal stakeholders and JV counterparts to drive financial oversight and value

Leading capital reforecasts, P&L tracking, and business plan assurance

Ensuring governance milestones and partner obligations are met across multiple live sites

What We're Looking For Experience in large-scale, multi-phase urban development or regeneration projects

Strong understanding of development appraisal models - you don't need to build them, but you need to pull them apart

A commercial mindset with the ability to influence at senior and board level

Comfortable operating in a joint venture or public-private environment

Professional accounting qualification helpful but not essential - you'll need to
