What You’ll Do: As our new Director, you will lead the charge in transforming our income generation strategy and driving sustainable growth. You’ll inspire and empower teams to achieve their best, champion supporter-first thinking and strengthen our brand and digital presence to reach more people than ever before. Sitting at the heart of our Executive Board, you’ll shape strategy, spark innovation and deliver real impact for children on a national scale. Who You Are: You will bring a proven record of driving income growth at scale, with deep expertise in fundraising and supporter engagement, including digital. You’ll be an experienced leader of large, diverse teams, skilled at guiding transformation with clarity and resilience. Strategic yet hands-on, you combine vision with execution and you are an outstanding communicator who can inspire trust and build strong relationships at every level.
