Daniel Turner Search Ltd are supporting an iconic, ultra luxury hotel property in Central London to appoint a Director of Engineering.

The Role:

The Director of Engineering will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.

• Manage and lead the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Oversee capital projects and renovations.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.

The candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at Chief or Assistant Director level.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments.

A salary of up to £90,000 plus incentives/benefits package offered depending on experience.
