Job Description

The Director of Entertainment & Luxury Sales will lead strategic global initiatives to partner with prestigious clients and luxury brands, to design and deliver signature events, and to drive high-value revenue. A vital member of the leadership team, helping Cambridge House establish itself as a beacon of upscale entertainment, refined partnerships, and unforgettable guest experiences in Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior leader within the Commercial team, mentoring colleagues and representing Cambridge House at global luxury and entertainment showcases.

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy that elevates Cambridge House’s presence in the entertainment and luxury space, targeting brand collaborations, VIP clients, celebrities, media and high-net-worth accounts.

  • Regular client engagement and international travel to nurture luxury brand and entertainment partnerships.

  • Source, negotiate, and secure partnerships with luxury brands for events, product launches, and bespoke entertainment activations.

  • Work closely with Events, F&B, Marketing, and Guest Experience teams to design immersive and elegant event journeys that align with the Cambridge House aesthetic and standards.

  • Oversee all high-profile events’ sales pipeline: from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, contracts, execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail reflects our luxury positioning.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, luxury brands, entertainment and media contacts both in the UK and internationally.

  • Monitor market trends in luxury entertainment, fashion, brand collaborations, lifestyle sectors; use insights to identify opportunities and shape offers.

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in entertainment sales, luxury brand partnerships, or related roles within high-end hotels or luxury lifestyle environments.

  • Established international relationships with entertainment, luxury and brand partnership executives.

  • Proven record of creating, selling, and executing high-profile events or entertainment activations with luxury or brand clients.

  • Strong commercial acumen.

  • Confident presenter, storyteller, and communicator.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high expectation environment.

  • Deep understanding of the London luxury market, especially the kind of entertainment, brand, and lifestyle collaboration expected in Mayfair.
