Director of EX Consultancy Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £90,000-£100,000 + bonus + benefits Contract: Permanent, Full-time A strategic leadership opportunity with a consultancy where data meets creativity. This role is ideal for a T-shaped consultant with deep expertise in Employee Experience and broad capability across internal communications, culture transformation, and organisational change.
