Exciting Leadership Opportunity – Facilities Director (Healthcare Sector)


Are you an experienced leader in estates and facilities management with a passion for ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality environments within the healthcare sector?


We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Director to take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of facilities. This pivotal role will ensure that buildings and services are maintained to the highest standards while driving efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and delivering strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Leading property maintenance, refurbishment projects, and capital works programmes
  • Managing service contracts, compliance, and risk across multiple locations
  • Supporting operational leaders by ensuring welcoming, safe, and compliant environments for residents and staff


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in estates/facilities management within a multi-site organisation in the healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance, building services, compliance, and health & safety
  • Skilled in budget management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationships
  • Flexibility to travel across sites with a full UK driving licence
