Finance Director Hospitality Group Location: Manchester, UK Salary: £75,000 £85,000 per annum (depending on experience) Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company Our client is a fast-growing hospitality business based in Manchester , with ambitious expansion plans across the UK. The Role As Finance Director , youll take full ownership of the companys financial operations, driving strategic and operational excellence. Youll work closely with the leadership team to deliver financial insight, manage key reporting, and support future acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Oversee management accounts, ledgers, and quarterly financial reporting
Provide commercial insight and support to the CEO and senior team
Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions , including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
Strengthen internal controls, systems, and financial processes to support growth
Manage and mentor a small, capable finance team
Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
About You Were looking for a hands-on and strategic finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, growing businesses. Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Proven track record in a Finance Director or senior finance leadership role , ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or multi-site sector
Experience working within a smaller or scaling business environment (essential)
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Experience with M&A activity , due diligence, and integration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
