Overview

We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to deliver strategic financial insights and drive forecasting and reporting processes within our International division, based in London. This role is a key career turning point, offering an opportunity to partner with senior leaders to influence decision-making and fuel business growth within a dynamic industry. You will lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, acting as a trusted adviser and collaborating with senior management, department heads, and other key leaders across our International division and the wider global business. By providing comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations, you will support the development and implementation of business strategy and contribute to the company’s goals.

Location: Hybrid role based in our London office (2/3 days per week).

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring:
  • A professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience post-qualification in FP&A/Finance within a large international business.
  • Advanced Excel analytical and large data-set modelling skills.
  • Independent, proactive, positive approach with a strong desire to learn and problem-solve.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Why you might stand out:
  • Experience within the Marketing/Advertising industry is preferred.
  • Experience with finance systems and ERP (SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
