About the role

As Director of Flexible Lifelong Learning, you will lead the development of innovative, accessible learning opportunities tailored to the needs of individuals, employers, and communities in Wales and beyond. This newly created role allows you to build impactful programs, design flexible and inclusive learning models, establish partnerships across sectors, and create pathways for learners to succeed in a changing world. You will play a key role in Cardiff University’s transition toward flexible education, aligning with Welsh Government priorities and market demands. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and University Secretary, and collaborating with colleagues across the university, this position offers a platform to drive meaningful change, combining strategic leadership with a social purpose. We welcome passionate, innovative leaders eager to expand lifelong learning on a large scale.

About you
