Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 (Depending on Experience)

SP Executive Search are working with a leading venue group to appoint a Director of Food & Beverage, a senior role with accountability for a flagship food & beverage contract and the operational leadership of a major franchise brand.

This is a high-profile, commercially critical role requiring someone who can combine board-level influence with hands-on delivery.

The Opportunity

• Lead the performance and growth of a multi-site F&B contract, driving service delivery, customer experience and commercial results.
• Manage contract governance, board reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Analyse financial performance to identify risks and opportunities across revenue, cost and margin.
• Shape long-term strategy around innovation, sustainability and digital transformation.
• Take operational and commercial ownership of a franchise business, ensuring brand standards, customer satisfaction and profitability are exceeded.
