Overview

Senior Leadership Team role: Director of Fundraising and Engagement at Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. Role to shape campaigns, supporter and visitor journeys to mobilise volunteering and community organising for wildlife and a nature-positive future.

Responsibilities

• Shape compelling campaigns, supporter and visitor journeys across the Trust to mobilise action for wildlife.
• Tap into fundraising potential and cultivate relationships with companies, grant funders and high-net-worth individuals.
• Secure major strategic grant funding and corporate partnerships and develop major donor programmes.
• Contribute to the work of an established leadership team and work with the Trustee Board.
• Manage a Directorate of around 65 staff.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience at senior fundraising and engagement leadership with a track record in major funding and partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building with high-level contacts and ability to develop donor programmes.
• Strategic thinker with ability to shape campaigns linked to nature recovery.
