The firm aims to unlock long-term capital for essential projects across Africa. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team, helping scale a strategy for high-impact infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities Lead fundraising efforts for the firm's infrastructure debt strategies, targeting institutional investors, DFIs, and family offices. Develop and execute capital raising strategies across emerging markets, with a particular focus on Africa and EM LPs. Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, ensuring alignment with the firm's impact and financial goals. Collaborate with senior leadership on fund structuring, investor communications, and strategic growth initiatives. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings to enhance visibility and credibility. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor reporting tools.

Ideal Candidate Proven track record in fundraising for private credit, infrastructure, or impact investment strategies. Deep network across EM and African LPs, including institutional investors and/or family offices. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, high-performing team. Passion for sustainable development and impact investing in emerging markets.
