Role Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising efforts across discretionary funds and co-investment vehicles, targeting institutional and HNWI investors.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with the firm's investment thesis and market positioning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with LPs, family offices, and consultants across the US and Europe.
• Collaborate with investment and asset management teams to articulate fund performance and pipeline opportunities.
• Prepare compelling marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor updates tailored to diverse audiences.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and roadshows to enhance visibility and attract new capital.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Experienced in real estate fundraising and investor relations, with a strong track record.
• Proven track record raising capital across industrial, residential, and office strategies.
• Strong network of institutional investors and family offices; ideally has experience in the US market as well.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex investment strategies into compelling narratives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach and high attention to detail.
