Director of Future Hospice Turnchapel, Plymouth (with travel across the area) Salary: Circa £85,000 per annum 2-year fixed term contract
Our client is a leading charity providing compassionate, expert end-of-life care to their community. As they look to the future, they are embracing innovation, digital transformation, and new models of care that respond to evolving healthcare needs and expectations. They are seeking a Director of Future Hospice – a strategic, visionary leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping their future direction. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead transformation across the organisation to ensure they remain resilient, forward-looking, and sustainable. This unique role combines operational leadership, digital innovation, and commercial acumen. You will: Lead their digital transformation, embedding technology, AI, and data-driven solutions across clinical services, income generation, and support functions.
