What youll do: Lead multi-channel growth strategies to expand reach and generate high-quality leads. Own and evolve the MarTech stack, AI tools, and digital marketing performance. Deliver high-impact campaigns across paid, search, social, email, and content. Oversee website development, SEO and conversion optimisation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and achieve growth targets. Build and nurture a high-performing, collaborative marketing team. About you: Proven senior experience in a growth-focused B2B or B2B2C marketing role . Strong track record in demand generation, lead acquisition, and full-funnel strategies . Expertise with MarTech, automation, and analytics platforms . Confident in testing frameworks, rapid experimentation, and optimisation.
