From market insights and compliance, security and resilience design and engineering programmes, and responding to critical business issues, our experts have worked with some of the largest global companies in the real estate, built environment and infrastructure field.

From market insights and compliance, security and resilience design and engineering programmes, and responding to critical business issues, our experts have worked with some of the largest global companies in the real estate, built environment and infrastructure field.
We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to establish and lead our Health and Safety Consulting practice within our wider Risk Consulting Practice.
The Director of Health and Safety Consulting will be responsible for overseeing strategic growth initiatives and delivering top-tier consulting services for our clients. This is a leadership role that requires a proactive mindset, exceptional management skills, and deep expertise in health and safety standards across various industries and sectors.
Tasks and Responsibilties
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the health and safety consulting practice, aligning with the company's overarching goals.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert guidance on health and safety legislation, ensuring clients comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of health and safety consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, develop new service offerings, and collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Oversee comprehensive risk assessments for clients, providing innovative solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
- Embedded Services. Identify and secure opportunities to embed Control Risks H&S experts within client organisations.
Essential
- Significant, recent and relevant commercial experience in a construction, real estate or project management consulting firm with a focus on risk.
- A passionate advocate for the discipline project management.
- Deep understanding of operating across EMEA.
- Commercially astute with a proven track record of effective project delivery.
- An accomplished consultant with expert client relationship management skills.
- The gravitas and personal credibility to build effective relationships at senior exec level.
- High developed communication skills - written and verbal.
