The Position

Novo Nordisk is looking for a dynamic Director of Health Economics to join our fantastic team in the UK.

If you are passionate about influencing commercial strategy and providing strategic oversight and management of the UK's Health Technology Assessment (HTA) & National Access strategy, including how this evidence can be used to support uptake, this is the perfect role for you.

In this senior leadership position, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Department

The Health Economics department is made up of health economic experts and strategy leads that each cover defined therapy areas within the portfolio. They work closely with the Regional and Global teams, as well as UK Commercial or New Product Planning teams to define and execute the relevant health economic and National access strategy. Given the importance of this to our commercial success, this role provides key strategic support to our commercial and medical teams.

This position is part of the Market Access Leadership team reporting to the Vice President of Market Access. Together this team work to ensure patients can access medicines in the UK, where and when they need them.
