guests. The Opportunity As Director of Housekeeping at Park Hyatt London River Thames,

youll

lead a department that plays

a central role

in delivering our signature luxury experience. Reporting to the Director of Rooms,

youll

oversee housekeeping operations across both hotel and residential spaces, setting and

maintaining

the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care. This role offers the chance to shape service delivery, develop a skilled and engaged team, and contribute meaningfully to the overall success of the property. If

Director of Housekeeping Lead and develop a motivated housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Oversee daily operations to ensure flawless presentation and five-star service across guest rooms, public areas, and long-stay residences.

Design and deliver training

programmes

that empower team members to exceed expectations and grow professionally.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and aesthetics.

Collaborate with departments such as Front Office, Engineering, and Spa to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Analyse and respond to guest feedback, driving service

enhancements

and operational refinements.

Champion sustainability and efficiency initiatives within the housekeeping function.

Create a positive, inclusive working environment that supports team engagement and wellbeing.
