With 14 offices across the UK and Ireland, we have built strong partnerships with Tier 1 clients and secured positions on highly sought-after Preferred Supplier Lists. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly experienced and strategic leader to join us as a Director of Infrastructure, preferably based in our London office (but we will also consider candidates in other locations).
The Role
As the Director of Infrastructure you will be responsible for leading and growing our Blue & White Collar recruitment services nationally. This is a leadership role requiring a strong commercial mindset, exceptional industry knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth while managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth - Develop and execute a business strategy to expand our Infrastructure recruitment services.
Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across rail and civil engineering projects.
Financial & Commercial Management – Take ownership of divisional P&L, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic recruitment team, driving performance and results.
Market Expertise – Stay ahead of industry trends, positioning O'Neill & Brennan as a go-to partner in Infrastructure recruitment.
About You
Proven experience recruiting within the Infrastructuresector, with knowledge across both Blue & White Collar disciplines.
Ideally familiar with PTS requirements (beneficial but not essential).
A strong network within the UK Iiinfrastructure sector and a track record of winning & developing client relationships.
Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
Excellent leadership and team development skills, with the ability to foster a high-performance culture.
