We are now looking for a Director of Legal & Company Secretary -a strategic leadership role at the heart of our mission. This is an opportunity to join a business with real purpose and play a key role in safeguarding our legal and regulatory standing while enabling confident, transparent decision-making across the organisation.
Your role in our story... You'll lead the delivery of expert legal counsel and corporate governance across Dignity's operations, supporting the Board, Executive Directors, and wider Group functions. From commercial contracts and regulatory compliance to data protection and Board support, you'll ensure our legal frameworks are robust, proportionate, and aligned with our values.
