Director of Facilities & Maintenance Residential Property Sector Location: London, Canary Wharf Salary: up to £100k Overview We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Director of Facilities & Maintenance to join a leading residential property provider. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of all maintenance, compliance, and building operations across a diverse residential portfolio – ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality living environment for residents. This role will lead on health & safety compliance, energy efficiency, mechanical systems (including HVAC, steam room/sauna facilities), contractor management, and planned/reactive maintenance.
