We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute leader to spearhead market expansion, develop high-value partnerships, and secure diversified revenue streams. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role with significant scope for influence and long-term success.
The Role
As Director of Market Expansion / Director of Growth and New Business, you will:

Identify, develop, and secure new opportunities in both public and private sectors.

Shape and execute a proactive growth and market-entry strategy.
*
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through research, networking, and direct engagement.
*
Lead the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting and proposals to negotiations and deal closure.
*
Represent the organisation at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings to elevate brand visibility.
*
Report regularly to senior leadership on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance.
*
Likely oversee and support Heads of B2B and B2G Business Development and their teams to maximise results.
