Overview

Collingham Kensington, a distinguished co-educational independent college in Kensington, London, is seeking to appoint a talented and experienced Director of Marketing and Admissions. Founded in 1975, the College offers GCSE and A Level courses with a strong emphasis on academic excellence, individualised learning and personal development, in a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment.

This is a pivotal leadership role at an exciting moment in the College's development. The Director of Marketing and Admissions will shape and deliver a compelling marketing and admissions strategy that reflects the College's values and ambitions. Reporting to the Principal and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the post holder will oversee all aspects of marketing, communications, and student recruitment, ensuring Collingham's distinctive ethos and academic strengths are effectively communicated to prospective families, feeder schools and stakeholders across the wider community.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver the marketing and admissions strategy for Collingham Kensington.
  • Oversee marketing, communications and student recruitment activities.
  • Communicate the College’s ethos and academic strengths to prospective families, feeder schools and the wider community.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support the College’s development and positioning in a competitive market.

  • Proven track record in marketing and admissions functions.
  • Genuine interest in independent education.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across digital and traditional platforms.

  • openness to applying commercial experience from outside the education sector when relevant.
