You will optimise systems, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making to elevate brand performance and guest experience. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and execution of marketing operations and marketing technology strategy across multiple hotel brands * Oversee the full mar tech stack, including CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management platforms * Drive integration between marketing systems, PMS, booking engines, and third-party platforms * Establish scalable processes to improve campaign execution, reporting, and ROI tracking * Partner with commercial, digital, and revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives * Champion data governance, segmentation strategies, and personalisation to enhance guest journeys * Manage vendor relationships, platform selection, and implementation of new technologies * Build and lead a high-performing marketing operations team About You * Proven experience in a senior marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital transformation role-ideally within hospitality, travel, or luxury sector * Deep understanding of CRM, CDP, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms * Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving measurable marketing performance * Experience managing complex, multi-property or multi-brand environments * Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills * A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies
