Director of Maths role at Nova Education Trust. We are seeking a dynamic curriculum leader to drive transformational improvement across a family of secondary academies.

In this high-impact role, you will be accountable for maths subject outcomes across multiple schools, working with senior leaders to shape and deliver high-quality teaching and strategic intervention. You will mentor curriculum leaders, model outstanding practice, and lead Trust-wide initiatives that raise standards and inspire success. A key focus is designing intervention curricula that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring equity, ambition, and progress for every student.
