Director of Operations – £65,000 per annum, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate operational teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with General Manager and department heads to maximise commercial results.
• Ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and staff and enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management with a track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• In‑depth understanding of hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• A passion for hospitality and a relentless commitment to excellence.
