We are looking for a dynamic system leader with a proven track record in operations management—someone who thrives in complex environments, brings clarity to challenge, and inspires confidence through decisive leadership and collaborative working.As Director of Operations, you will be accountable for governance, human resources, estates and facilities management, safeguarding, ICT infrastructure and strategy, and data protection and analysis. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across the Trust. You will lead on the development and delivery of robust systems and processes that ensure our schools operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your strategic oversight will help align operational priorities with the Trust’s long-term vision, enabling sustainable growth and continuous improvement.You should have demonstrable experience and expertise of operating at a senior strategic level and hold a qualification in a minimum of one of the relevant business disciplines: governance, safeguarding, HR, estates, facilities management, ICT, or data protection, and be articulate when presenting complex information to the CEO, Strategic Executive Team, Board of Trustees and all stakeholders.This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and communities across our Trust.
