The Opportunity

This national leadership role carries responsibility for driving operational excellence across a large estate of high-performing, food-led pubs.


You will:

  • Have full P&L accountability
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of highly engaged, high performing Operations Managers
  • Drive operational excellence, cohesion, and pace across all sites
  • Champion the guest experience and uphold exceptional hospitality standards
  • Collaborate with functional heads to balance productivity, growth, and sustainability
  • Ensure strategic alignment while maintaining individuality and local autonomy


About You

We’re looking for a highly experienced, commercially astute operator with:

  • A proven record of leading large, multi-site teams in hospitality or retail
  • Full P&L accountability and a track record of delivering sustained growth
  • A credible, hands-on leadership style that inspires teams and delivers results
  • The ability to bring cohesion, pace, and clarity to diverse teams
  • A passion for guest experience and operational excellence
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, balancing structure with autonomy
