We’re hiring an Operations Director to drive performance, quality, and client satisfaction across all projects.About the Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing service delivery, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and industry standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the business, fostering strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end client delivery across both divisionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat businessOversee multi-disciplinary projects and resource planningImplement systems to improve operational efficiency and qualityCollaborate with the Commercial Director to meet financial targetsManage and develop teams including PFP, FD, H&S, and Logistics ManagersEnsure Health & Safety compliance across all operational activitiesWhat We’re Looking For10+ years in senior management within construction, ideally at Director levelStrong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsProven experience in contract management (JCT and similar)Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, or related field (ILM Level 7 desirable)Willingness to study for ASFP Level 3Salary & Benefits 💷 £100,000–£120,000 per year 🚗 Company car 🏥 Private medical insurance 🏠 Free parking 💼 Company pension 📈 Profit sharing 🛡️ Life insurance 💊 Sick payReady to lead with impact?
