If you’re a strategic thinker with a proven background in operational leadership, a passion for high standards, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across a broad remit, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact in one of the most exciting real estate environments globally.

The Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you’ll lead and oversee a diverse range of business-critical functions including:

  • HR & People – Overseeing recruitment, performance management, training, compliance, and employee engagement across the group.
  • IT & Systems – Driving digital transformation, managing infrastructure and data integrity, and delivering high-impact tech initiatives.

You’ll be tasked with creating seamless, scalable processes that support growth, improve efficiency, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. You'll bring:

  • A strong background in operations leadership, ideally within professional services or property.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, projects, and teams across multiple departments.
  • A people-first mindset, able to lead and inspire teams while maintaining compliance and best practice.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills — with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
  • Agile and flexible, working across different time zones and available to travel to meet clients, investors and stakeholders (typically across Europe and Gulf sates).

Why Apply?

This is a rare chance to shape the future of a premium, design-led real estate brand with an ambitious growth trajectory. You’ll work alongside a visionary leadership team and have the autonomy and support to make meaningful change.
