Director of Operations – Global Pharmaceutical Leader – UK

Walker Cole International is searching for a Director of Operations for a global pharmaceutical manufacturing business. The role will lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficient and compliant product delivery to international markets.

As a key member of the leadership team, this role will drive operational strategy, optimise supplier and CMO relationships, and lead operational excellence initiatives. They will lead a multidisciplinary team and foster a culture of agility, accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

10+ years' leadership experience in pharmaceutical operations Proven track record across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and MHRA, EMA and FDA regulations Strategic and commercial acumen, with excellent stakeholder management skills
