  • Support Strategic Planning by analyzing operational data, managing budgets, and overseeing resource allocation.
  • Lead Process Optimisation by developing, implementing, and enforcing scalable operational processes that support aggressive growth.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations, including project management and ensuring all departments have the support needed to maximize productivity.


What We're Looking For


  • 6-10 years of experience in operations and cross-functional coordination, with a background in consulting or a similarly high-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading initiatives with a professional, execution-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision-making.
