About the Role:  As Norwood evolves, we’re looking for a Director to shape and deliver our People & Culture strategy.  Blending strategic vision with practical delivery and embedding kindness, respect, empowerment, and belonging in every action. You’ll lead a high-impact People agenda that builds leadership capability, strengthens engagement, and ensures colleagues have the confidence and tools to deliver exceptional care and support. From advising the Board to being visible across our services, you’ll balance long-term direction with day-to-day delivery, turning ambition into meaningful impact. This is a key role in Norwood’s transformation journey, an opportunity to shape how we care for those who care, creating a culture where every voice matters, every person belongs, and every team thrives.
