What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:

- Performance & Productivity – Reimagine performance management and frameworks to focus on outcomes, accountability, and commercial alignment.
- Performance – Embed a transition to a skills-based organisation, ensuring leadership teams and People function use insights to close skills gaps and build the skills needed for the future.
- Data & Analytics – Work with the data analytics team to determine drivers of performance and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce ramp-up time for new starters.
- Engagement & Advisory – Build a high performing people advisory function that coaches managers and individuals on performance, provides advisory services, and handles employee relations matters.
- Engagement & Culture – Strengthen colleague engagement by creating a compelling employee experience and mechanisms to listen and act on feedback.
- Change & Transformation Leadership – Be a visible leader of change, building capability to lead organisational change and embedding changes across the business.
- Activating HR Levers Through Collaboration – Orchestrate HR levers with cross-functional partners to shape behaviour and deliver business outcomes, including People Operations, Reward, Performance, Capability Building, Workforce Planning, Engagement, Leadership Enablement, and Financial Partnering.
This role is about aligning these levers in a coordinated, data-driven way to shift the organisation from today’s complexity to a high-performing, platform-first future.
