About the Role This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You will lead the people strategy across the Group, working closely with the Group CEO and senior stakeholders. Your focus will be on performance, leadership and culture ensuring our people practices drive commercial results while staying true to our values. Key Responsibilities: Shape and deliver a high-impact, group-wide people strategy
Lead transformation programmes across leadership, performance, and employee engagement
Act as a key advisor to the Group Board, Managing Directors and senior leaders
Guide a talented People team across HR, L&D, talent and operations
Oversee strategic initiatives including succession planning and appraisal reform
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and alignment with best practice
