We work closely with businesses and community partners to drive innovation, create opportunities for growth and provide industry-standard learning experiences.We\'re seeking an inspirational Director of Personal Development to join our senior leadership team and lead the strategic vision for personal growth, career progression, enrichment, and student voice across our vibrant college community.ResponsibilitiesDirecting the strategic and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing personal development, progression, careers education and student enrichment to encompass lifelong learning and career advancement for all students and apprentices.Effective planning that supports student progression beyond individual courses, fostering a holistic approach to personal and professional growthWork to implement initiatives that yield short, medium, and long-term benefits for students.
