Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, guiding them through the planning process, regulations, and policy changes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and the wider planning community.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of planners, ensuring effective collaboration, professional development, and successful project outcomes.
  • Deliver innovative planning solutions that align with sustainability and urban regeneration goals.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Represent the company at public hearings, consultations, and in negotiations with planning bodies.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Extensive experience in planning and development, ideally with a focus on large-scale urban or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong understanding of planning policies and legislation in the UK, particularly within London.
  • Proven track record of managing complex planning applications and leading successful projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach to planning, with a passion for sustainable development.
