OverviewDirector of Practice – Sampson Park Vets & Easipetcare at IVC Evidensia. Up to £60,000 DOE. Full or part-time, 40 hours per week (ideally over 5 days).Lead with vision across six thriving practices in North Northamptonshire — lead our teams across six sites in the North Northamptonshire area, including Sampson Park practices in Oundle, Thrapston, Corby, Byre and Staverton, together with Easipetcare Kettering. You will empower every part of the business to thrive and guide the practices toward continued success and innovation, delivering exceptional care for patients and owners.ResponsibilitiesLead multi-site teams across six practices, ensuring smooth operations and the highest standards of care for patients and clients.Champion a positive culture and collaborate with veterinary surgeons, nursing, client care and support teams.Support the ongoing growth and innovation of the practice group.Participate in regular regional communications and knowledge sharing across locations.Role DetailsThis is a 40-hour per week, on-site position, Monday to Friday. You’ll play a key role in supporting the multi-site team and ensuring smooth operations across the group.About The Practice GroupThe group includes a dynamic team of 14.5 FTE Vets with diverse skills including an exotics specialist and several certificate holders. Regular clinical meetings occur to share knowledge, and there is continual investment in equipment to support best practice, with a strong ethos of collaboration across sites.LocationBased in North Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, including Corby, Oundle, Thrapston, Kettering, Daventry, Peterborough and nearby communities.
