Join a market-leading travel company as Director of Procurement, Contracting & Operations, overseeing the transport division that powers unforgettable coach tour holidays across Europe and beyond.


This is a rare opportunity for an influential, results-driven leader to shape commercial strategy and supplier partnerships at scale within a dynamic, guest-focused environment.


You will set strategic direction, drive commercial advantage, and lead end-to-end procurement, contracting, and operational performance for a Europe-wide transport network. Building and nurturing relationships with key suppliers, you will negotiate high-value, multi-market agreements that deliver consistent guest experiences and strong cost controls.


Your role spans hotel, ground handler, and transport contracting (including coach, rail, and ferries), digital transformation of procurement processes, and seamless operational delivery—from supplier agreements to on-tour execution. You’ll also champion innovation, data-driven decision-making, and ongoing process excellence.


As an inspiring and pragmatic executive, you’ll attract and develop high-performing teams, foster a culture of inclusion and accountability, and collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic brand, marketing, and product objectives. Success in this role requires proven executive leadership across international markets, deep expertise in travel supplier negotiations and procurement, and a sharp commercial mindset. Experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries—especially in EMEA—is strongly preferred.
