Director of Product – Fintech/Payments London – Hybrid Up to £150,000

The Company: A leading player in the fintech and payments space is scaling its customer-facing digital wallet and payments offering. With ambitious growth plans across multiple international markets, they are seeking a Director of Product to define and deliver the next phase of their product strategy.

The Role: As Director of Product, you will own the product roadmap end-to-end, driving vision, execution, and market growth. This is a high-impact role, working across engineering, design, compliance, and risk, while also influencing senior leadership on strategy. You will lead a team of Product Managers and play a central role in shaping how the business scales its payments product globally. Key responsibilities include: Leading the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and scale. Driving strategies to grow adoption, transaction volumes, and revenue.
