We are looking for a seasoned Change & Transformation professional to help them implement a new Oracle ERP. You will be managing a team, designing the roadmap, building, testing and deploying it. You must be confident operating a director level, ideally from a consulting background and have a proven background delivering on large scale ERP transformations. This is a permanent role, you will be needed a couple of days a week in the office in Nottingham and it's paying a maximum of £121,789 base rising to £142,281 over the next 3 years. Additional package is as follows, bonus scheme, 12% employer pension + 38 days annual leave.

Director of Products & Platforms to join our Data and Technology leadership team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic objectives.

We are currently finalising plans for a Supply Chain and IT Modernisation Programme to deliver the end to end modernisation of our logistics network and the replacement of our legacy IT estate with a modern ERP solution. This complex multi-year programme will simplify and transform all aspects of the business and is a key enabler for the delivery of the company vision and delivery of £1Billion of savings back into frontline NHS Services.

They are currently transitioning to a Service Integration And Management (SIAM) model - OneIT - led by an internal team with four different Service Providers delivering the end to end suite of services across Service Integration and Helpdesk, Modern Workplace services, Infrastructure and Networks, Application Development, Support and Management and Cyber Security.

This is a critical time as they embark on a major Transformation Programme whilst embedding a step-change in the approach to IT Delivery.

Be the Technology Lead for the Supply Chain and IT Modernisation programme with accountability for the technical design and delivery of the ERP solution working with business stakeholders and our IT Service Providers.

Lead the Application Domain teams - delivering the design and execution of application modernisation across all areas of the business (Digital, Operations, Corporate Apps and Infrastructure and Data & Analytics) in line with the overarching technology strategy. Champion the adoption of standard SaaS solutions, the elimination of technical debt and lead the transition into product-based delivery and as a result maximise the return on investment in SaaS solutions working with business stakeholders and vendors.

Ensure all existing applications and production systems are supported and maintained in line with policies and standards. Work as part of the wider Data and Technology Leadership team to implement and maintain clear and consistent architecture, security and design standards and ensure their ongoing adoption. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a Data and Technology business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust.
