The RoleAs a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:Lead the Foundation's UK and international programme portfolio.Manage a team of programme staff and a network of 500+ coaches.Strengthen operations across policy, risk, compliance, and systems.Oversee strategic partnerships with the ECB, MCC, counties, and international partners.Support governance, reporting and organisational strategy.About YouWe are seeking a confident leader with:Senior experience in programme or operations management, ideally in the charity or sport-for-development sectors.A proven ability to deliver complex programmes and manage teams.Strong operational knowledge across governance, compliance, and risk.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Commitment to inclusion and social impact.Knowledge of cricket is helpful but not essential.
