An innovative construction consultancy in central London is seeking a Construction Project Management Director. This role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements. The team focuses on residential, healthcare, and life science sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage P&L of the Project Management team.
• Attend construction and property networking events.
• Oversee and manage construction projects within specified sectors.

• Develop and implement project management strategies.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development within construction and property sectors.
• Experience in P&L management focused on revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Established industry contacts and recruitment ability.
• Senior role experience balancing fee earning, business development, and management.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred.
• MRICS, MCIOB, or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
