You will lead our Governance Team, ensuring robust systems are in place to meet and exceed statutory, regulatory, and corporate standards, while embedding a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.Working closely with the Senior Management Team, AVP of Quality, and Corporate Director of Quality & Risk, you will:* Lead and develop the Harley Street Governance Team across quality, patient safety, risk, incidents, complaints, and improvement.* Ensure compliance with CQC, HSE, PHE, safeguarding, and wider regulatory frameworks.* Oversee quality governance systems, risk registers, incident investigations (PSIRF), and business continuity planning.* Champion a culture of openness, learning, and quality improvement.* Drive patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience initiatives.* Report to executive and governance committees, providing insight, assurance, and strategic recommendations.* Collaborate on corporate governance initiatives and represent Harley Street Campus at group level.Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life.
