Interim Director of Regeneration and Assets – London Borough £896.16 per day Umbrella or Deemed LTD(Inside IR35) / £646.58 PAYE 6-month contract (possible extension to 12 months)

We are currently supporting a progressive London Borough in their search for an Interim Director of Regeneration and Assets. This is a senior leadership role, pivotal in delivering an ambitious mayoral target of 1,000 new homes per year, alongside a number of high-profile regeneration and capital projects across housing, education, and community infrastructure. This role will play a key part in a significant directorate restructure, following the recent insourcing of an ALMO. The successful applicant will lead on establishing a strategic property development and regeneration function—bringing together housing supply, project delivery, corporate real estate, and facilities management (FM) under a newly created corporate landlord model.

Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the borough’s capital programme, real estate asset portfolio, and FM services. Collaborate with the Housing Supply team to drive housing development projects from inception through to construction.
