Exclusive Role | UK Retail Director | Health & Wellness | Birmingham - hybrid

My client, a leading health, beauty and wellness business based in the Midlands is looking to recruit a Director of Retail.

A market leading DTC business, my client has recently launched into retail via the biggest retailer in their category. A highly successful launch, this role will strategically lead the growth of this channel, working across commercials, range, NPD & marketing.

Must haves:

• Experience in beauty/wellness/VMS
• Extensive experience developing and implementing commercial growth strategies
• Extensive experience developing the retail roadmaps - commercials, range, NPD and marketing.
• Experience across subscriptions would be advantageous.

A key role within the organisation this position requires an individual capable of operating both strategically and tactically. You will own key external stakeholder relationships, acting as the main conduit with internal business leaders. You will also work with a range of internal departments including NPD, Marketing and Finance.
