The Director of Revenue is responsible for maximizing revenue and profits, minimizing costs and maintaining superior quality customer service across room, restaurant and spa reservations, through all contact methods at The Berkeley and The Emory Hotels. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Provides revenue management functional expertise and leadership to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders. Ensure a consistent and rational pricing and positioning across all distribution channels, proactive analysis and decision-making and promoting a 'revenue management' culture. Oversee the processes associated with demand, revenue, budgeting, forecasting and opportunity analysis (to include seasonality, competitive analysis and positioning, market share and displacement) and inventory management in rooms, events, F&B and Spa. Determines and is accountable for, the Hotel's sales strategy and pricing for transient and group, ensuring both are effectively implemented. Identifies future opportunities and effectively communicates strategies to relevant areas in the Hotel and the Corporate Office. Responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, travel partners and all other key stakeholders. Who thrives here?
