Parkinson Lee Executive Search are retained partners to a leading Construction Group in the appointment of a Director of Risk & Governance.
Our client has experienced significant organic growth over the last 5 years and is approaching £100M turnover. As they prepare themselves for the next phase of growth and development, there is a requirement to appoint a Director of Risk & Governance, who will play a critical role in safeguarding and supporting this continued growth, ensuring that as the Group scales, its governance, risk management and compliance frameworks remain strong, agile and fit for the future.
The Role As Director of Risk & Governance, you will act as the principal advisor to the Board and senior leadership on corporate governance, risk management and legal compliance. You will design and embed best-in-class governance frameworks, ensure the Group meets its legal and regulatory obligations, and oversee the company secretarial function. This highly visible role also provides oversight of HR, Health & Safety, IT and ESG functions, ensuring we operate with transparency, accountability and a strong ethical culture.
