With a strong focus on customer experience, they are seeking a Director of Risk to join their leadership team and help shape the next chapter of their journey.

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this pivotal role will be responsible for embedding and evolving the enterprise risk framework — ensuring the organisation delivers the best possible outcomes for its members, whether they’re saving for the first time, preparing for retirement, or managing their pension independently.
